Delivery

Once order is confirmed, our delivery and installation staff will contact you to confirm the schedule. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days depending on stock availability. Standard Delivery is FREE* within West Malaysia. 

To ensure smooth installation, you will need to plan your space as per below requirements :

1. Filtered tap with boiler

• Free space of 50 x 50 x 50 cm (D x W x H) underneath sink
• One or two 13 amp power socket under the sink (depending on your package items)
• Access to waste pipe
• Main water supply 500mm from sink
• A minimum incoming water pressure of 1 bar is required.
